Pepper Smoke BBQ was created when Guadalupe made a home made smoker thanks to his background as a welder. So one day we made our own brisket and ribs to test out the smoker, we like it.
We repeat the experience but now we offered it to friends and family members and guess what? They loved our food.
So, we started testing and refining recipes. We believe in our roots and culture. Currently it became our way of leaving a legacy to our future generations by following our parents footsteps who have been in the Mexican culinary industry and picking up where they left off and taking it to the next level of creating our version mixing cultures with our home made flavors that is how Pepper Smoke BBQ become in existence.
